The Synder Diamond Outlet Store has steep discounts of 30-70% off retail on luxury bath & kitchen appliances, toilets, bathtubs, grills and more.
At this new “Pop Up” luxury home appliance outlet store, you can shop new appliances by Wolf, Sub Zero, Graff, Thermador, Toto, Bosch, Decor, Fisher Parker, LG, GE, Whirlpool and more in fridges, ranges, built-ins, dishwashers, stovetops, washers & dryers, bathtubs, sinks and more that were showroom displays, customer cancellations, returns or open box.
Only open for a month, it is well organized and nicely presented. They were unloading new truck deliveries as I started surveying the outlet. Everything here is brand new. I didn’t see any refurbished product in the showroom.
The pricing is excellent!
A white, built-in, Whirlpool electric double oven was originally priced at $3081 at Synder Diamond. It’s currently selling online between $1530-2879, but is here at $775. A Miele electric wall oven that retails elsewhere at $3300 is $2879 here. A GE, Cafe 30” Convection Oven Range is $1900 instead of $3000. An Electrolux Wash tower that was $1800 is $1399 here. A Blue Star, 8-burner, double oven range in slate blue is $14,499 instead of $18,000 and a Signature Kitchen Suite range that was originally $11,000, is $6590 here.
A LIEBHERR (CBS 1661) tall bottom freezer fridge is $4750 instead of its original $7100. A perfect GE Bottom Freezer, French door fridge that retails at $3700 is here at $1999. A Thermador wine cooler retails at $3799, but is $2599 here and Fisher Paykel gas range top that was $3599 is $2400 here.
At this luxury bath and kitchen outlet, I spotted group of new, boxed Kohler single flush toilets were being unloaded. These were priced at $225 instead of $449. They also were unloading some free-standing tubs, but I didn’t get any pricing cause the guys were moving too fast. The steepest discounts are on items that may have a part missing.
The manager, Lars, is a “hands on”, knows the inventory and is super helpful. They do not do installs, but will deliver. Everything here is sold “as is” and any issues are marked. The manufacturer warranties is included with your purchase. But all sales are final here.
The Synder Diamond Outlet Store is a great new appliance, luxury home improvement outlet. It should be around for awhile, but if you need an appliance, I wouldn’t dawdle.
