Rue Lala disappeared from the radar for awhile, got sold and reworked. Now it’s back with an addicting selection of terrific bargains in timed Flash Sales. From luxury to daily use, your mind will be delighted with the selection. But if you snooze, you lose.
Most items are last season, last year. As always, scan the clearance section first. I found a Tahari mini dress at $45 instead at $130 and a CeCe cardigan was $21 instead of $80.
But the Flash Sales…. oh so tempting!
In women’s Free People clothing was here at 50-70% off. A Midi dress that was $148 is $70. A Babydoll romper that was $128 is $60. Christian Louboutin was here at 33% off. Some high wedges were $799 instead of $945. Also spotted was Johnny Was. A free silk embroidered Maude blouse was $180 instead of $375. A James Perse tank was a reasonable $30 instead of the stupidly overpriced retail of $105. I got mesmerized scrolling through the Lafayette 148 at 70% off! A classic belted wrap dress was $300 instead of $998. Aidan Mattox gowns were 40-60% off and there was a ice selection of Coach, Rebecca Minkoff, Tiffany, Tory Burch and others at 35-70% off.
In mens’ i spotted Hugo Boss at $49.99 or less. A Vince SS button down shirt wa $90 instead of $185. A Robert Graham shirt was $120 instead of $298… but Bluefly had it for $53… dang.
A Givenchy wool & mohair blend jacket was $1169 instead of $2920 and some Bulova, Citizen, Stuhrling watches were priced at $79- 379.
In bedding, I spotted a cotton duvet by Calvin Klein at $99-120 instead of $200-233. A Laura Ashley floral quilt was $80-130 instead of $167-250. A Moda at Home 3-piece shower curtain is $40 instead of $65 and an elegant Dea Italian Linens 300 TC Duvet set was $380 instead of $1000+!
Some buys here are just OK. Rugs & Home items were on par with Overstock and Home Goods. Fair buys for sure, but not steals. As a shopper, you should know your brands in the retail market to shop this site to get the best deal.
