The Dorell Fabric outlet sell new upscale home interior, outdoor and upholstery fabrics at 20-70% below retail.
This massive, 18,000 sq. ft. warehouse is packed with bolts & bolts of home decor fabrics. Not only do they sell their line famous line of performance velvet, micro suede’s, outdoor and upholstery fabrics at discounted prices, but also other home décor fabric lines too. Dorell Fabrics is private label line of the Fabric Outlet.
At this home decor fabric outlet, you’ll spot all sorts of high quality fabrics in chenilles, brocades, velvets and micro suedes, woven to cottons, sheers and pillow inserts.
For smaller projects: chairs, benches, pillows, runners etc, start at the back of the store where the end of bolts are. Prices here start at $5 a yard. But you have to buy a minimum of 6 yards or the full bolt. I found 4 yards of a fantastic modern stripped blue, yellow & brown chenille fabric at $5 a yard instead of $45 a yard. But I needed 6 yards for 6 formal dining chairs and a runner, so I had to pass. There were plenty of larger remnants bolts here in 6+ yards. But the patterns didn’t work for my situation.
The rest of the store was a delight for the eyes and those who love to touch and feel fabric.
Favorite deals and fabrics included some Dorell teal Shield performance fabric that retails at $40 a yard is here was $29.99. Dorell Fluid Flamingo is $14.99 a yard instead of $25. Their red & white Close-up Scarlet is $14.99 a yard instead of $23. A bolt of Sun Stripe Sunspoken (outdoor fabric) was $29.99 instead of $35. Dorell teal & yellow chenille was $26.99 instead of $35. A textured chiffon fabric was $24.99. A woven Indigo fabric was $29.99. A “Nubby Mink” Outdoor fabric was $29.99 instead of $50. Some teal textured outdoor fabric was $22.99 a yard instead of $60. Some taupe home decor fabric was $24.99 instead of $42+! Retail values on all of these are $25-90 a yard.
I also spotted black out liner fabric at $12.99 a yard and Sunspoken outdoor throw pillow cases at $19.99- 23 each.
