Since, we were in the market for a mattress, this visit was motivated by need. No online ordering for me on this. My sleep is way too important. We were looking for all natural, quality products, detailed information as well as a really good price.
As we walked around the showroom, I laid on their Alpine Mattress. Nice & comfy, it starts at $235 instead of $500-600 for a similar Twin by another manufacturer. The Arrowhead line is a medium firm innerspring mattress and it starts at $545. Arrowhead Queens start at $835 and Kings start at $1060. This mattress would run $995-1400 elsewhere.
There were lots of choices from a basic mattress to top of the line luxury. An incredible Calistoga hybrid model with latex and organic wool for $5395 instead of $7600 for the same mattress elsewhere. I almost dipped on that one.
But I honed in on the Queen Cambridge mattress. A handcrafted mattress traditional double-sided plush innerspring mattress with 1″ natural latex for cool, body-contouring. Super supportive and comfortable, it has cotton layers, 3 non toxic foam layers, individually wrapped steel coils and steel edge support. Priced at $2200 here, I compared it to a similarly crafted Tuft & Needle at $2600. Luckily, for Black Friday it was on sale for $1100. I flopped around on several other mattresses, but I was sold on the quality, comfort & value.
Although, we were in and out in just over an hour, you don’t have to rush and won’t feel any pressure here.

We happily bought the Cambridge Queen mattress. Building your mattress and delivery is about two weeks time from from ordering.
