Just Like The Model is a Furniture Warehouse outlet is packed with steals on quality designer home furnishing at 40% -90% below retail.
How you may ask? Just Like The Model sells new and used furniture from the model homes and manufacturer overstock directly to the public. The new owners, Paul and Veronica have taken the helm and lowered the prices here to rock bottom. YAY!
There are superior deals here on sofas, sectionals, dining sets, chairs, lamps, étagères, display cabinets, accent tables, dressers, bedding, art and decorative items.
I spotted some jaw dropping deals here. Like a modern, contemporary round dining table that retailed at $2900 is $499. An unique geometric cabinet that retails at $1400 is $329. A tall glass display case that would normally set you back $2400 is just $300. A curved entryway console is $279 instead of $750. A blackwood and burlap tufted daybed / sofa was $399 instead of $1600. A white linen button back sofa was $399 instead of $1200. A stunning knob less wood chest was $399 instead of $1200. A mid century media cabinet was $125 instead of $490 and a tan, micro fiber chaise lounge was $169 instead of $700.
This place is packed with lamps and artwork. An Arc floor lamp was $149 instead of $600 and saw a ton of table lamps from modern to traditional at $39 that retailed from $89-$400.
Chairs are of every kind are here. Some ladder back chairs w/ linen seats were $199 instead of $429. An upholstered bar stool was $20 instead of $149 and some perfect cream, nail head, rolled arm chairs were $149 instead of $389.
There’s a cool room with bedding set deals and accent pillows run $19-$30. Retail on some of these is upwards of $200.
As before, the home décor section is enticing. I picked up a tall pewter candle stick for $9 (retail $49) and a fun, lidded Tea Jar for $4.99 (retail $24). A Butterfly metal mirror was $99 instead of $240 and a taller, faux tree in a planter was $249 instead of $499.
Though technically used, most furniture pieces show very little wear and most are in excellent condition.
I did spot a sofa with a dark stain and a couple tables with scratches. But like all outlets, you should inspect everything. Everything is sold “as is”.
It’s so much fun to shop here! It’s better organized than before and staff is cheerful and helpful.
Just like the Model inventory turnover is fast. At least 10 items were sold while I was researching this popular outlet. Pouncing is a necessity.
