Ben Soliemani Luxury Outlet has discounts of 35-80% off high-end luxury furniture.
Technically, this amazing outlet is only open another couple weeks. The building is up for sale.
The prices now are at rock bottom and I even caught the manager haggling a bit when buying multiple pieces.
If you’re tired of sofas that fall apart in 5 years, you’ll want to shop this outlet… fast!
Stand out buys were every where!
A gorgeous brown velvet Lulu curved Sofa that retails at $6120 is $1950. A long mustard linen sofa that retailed at $8600 is $1750 here. A Harper modular sectional that retails at $14,080 is $7750. There were several dozen sofas in a variety of fabrics and colors in in.
Also spotted a modern curved grey velvet Artemis side chair that was $1632 is $475 here. An Arcadia dining table that was $9880 was $2000. A Bering dining table that was $3740 was here for $1900 and 2 dark grey leather swivel club chairs were priced $2000 each instead of the original $5600.
In hard case good there was several rows of desks and console cabinets. A North Hollywood desk that retails at $6670 is $2000. A Crawford Console table was $680 instead of $2790. A Hollywood Regency styles glass console was $550 instead of $2000. A 4-door storage console was $600 instead of $1250 and a brown swirl, high lacquer storage console was $600 instead of $2000.
There were 3 stacks of large area carpets which were marked down an additional 20%. I didn’t get specifics cause people were moving them around and haggling.
I wasn’t blown away with the patio furniture or the tabletop decor. But both a worthy of a look see while if you’re there.
The building is a warehouse and the parking area is secure and free… but unkempt.
This luxury furniture outlet is opportunity to save on quality furniture. You’ll want to pounce! Seriously…. they’re will be closing soon. If ya snooze, you lose!
