As I walked in I knew it was a gem. The excitement usually stems from seeing a great level of quality, a great sense of design, a great selection and outstanding prices!
All four were present at the Legacy Center Furniture store in Costa Mesa. Excellent quality, great design, great prices and a selection that would please anyone.
The gals here are helpful, warm & welcoming without being over zealous. They know the product and have quick answers when you spot something extraordinary. I spotted authentic antique Chinese Wedding bed. This awesome piece literally took my breath away. You can have yours taken away for $4999 instead of the market of 10,000-25,000.
More useful and beautifully crafted pieces lay ahead. I loved a brown, tweed 3 piece sectional in mint, if not brand new condition for $499 instead of $1200. A wrought iron 5 arm Chandelier was just $39. New retail would be $300. Some Mid Century modern walnut and metal bar chairs were a steal at $89 instead of $250. A new dark blue velvet sofa was $699 instead of $900. An antique French Walnut armoire was a steal at $599. Current market is $800-$1200. An industrial round dining table was $599 instead of $950 and the matching chairs were $89 instead of $300 each.
A stunning, upscale round dining table with incredible geometric inlay and 5 leather chairs was outstanding at $599. Original retail would be upwards of $3000. Several unique, carved out of solid wood chairs were $299 instead of $800 each. Some new Leslie Salon styled tufted chairs were $499 instead of $850 each and an oval 1940’s leather inlay coffee table was a sweet deal at just $59.
This place is packed and new delightful pieces in every corner. I honestly wanted almost everything.
