Cool Sites

By Suzanne O'Connor

Couple of Months ago I downloaded a browser extension app called Wikibuy.
This app searches for better deals, discounts and online codes for whatever you’re shopping for on the internet.

While you shop, Wikibuy evaluates other sellers like Walmart, Amazon, Target, eBay, Jet, and others you might find with a Google search. The app works to make it easier to find the best price available.

They will also search discount and coupon websites automatically to see whether or not that particular retailer is offering any promotions which can be applied to your purchase to make it cheaper.

I found this application very helpful when I was shopping for Mothers Day flowers. Several promotions came up on each site I was on, ultimately saving me an additional $14 on flowers from Pro Flowers.

I saved $2 on exercise bans on Amazon and $5 on Clarks Sandals that I would have bought on Hautelook if the Wikibuy app hadn’t found a better price on Amazon.

The app is Free. Which had me concerned. Then I found out that they get paid by the retailers they partner with. OK.

Every little bit saved is a good thing.
