For those of you who just have to have what Z Gallerie sells & rejoice, they have an outlet!

Located at one of their distribution warehouses, The Z Gallerie outlet sells scratch and dent, customer returns, damaged floor models, discontinued, overstock and some canceled orders, all at 50%-70% off.

Open just over a year now, they already get people waiting in line to get in at opening. Understandable with the steep savings, new furniture arriving daily and fast turn over here. During my 40-minute visit I saw 5 pieces get sold and leave the building.

The deals here are terrific, especially on some of the flawed items.
About 8-mirrored dressers, night stands and side tables were here& all in perfect condition except for the fact that all the knobs were put on backwards. The 7-drawer dresser was retailed at $899 but is here for $449. The matching mirrored nightstand with the same problem is $229 instead of $449. A gorgeous ornate Hooker queen headboard without rails or footboard retails at $1195 but because of some of the missing pieces is $299. A section in the back has severe discounts of 70%-90% on what looked to be used items. A couple deals in this area included a deep low back sofa in a micro suede that originally retailed at $1788. Here, a little used it’s $539. A nice oversized armchair was $389 instead of $1288.

Some pieces are discounted because they are so over the top or are an unpopular size. An Easter King fully upholstered, totally ornate, completely tufted, gold sleigh bed retails at $2199 but was here at $1099.

Most of goods here are in good condition and the early bird gets the worm here. In front of my eyes a nice oval dining table disappeared at $79 instead of $299. I don’t know if the 6 matching oval back dining chairs went with it at $119 each instead of $229. I also watched a Verona high-boy dresser get sold at $399 instead of $799. I really liked the Savoy, high back sofa with lots of nail heads on the back and arms. In cream and a lime green both retailed at $2049 but was here at $819.

Another beautiful designed sofa, Chloe, here in a yummy cream, was priced to move at $559 instead of $1399. A huge, tan micro suede sectional was $1849 instead of $3699 and a modern glass dining set had the table at $299 and $99 for each chair. Sweet!

There are caveats& . You have to be prepared to take your purchase with you when you buy it. That means load it and take it away. (They will deliver for $135). There are also no returns, no holds, no exchanges. Plus some items are flawed so you have to really look every piece over carefully and they only accept cash and credit. But for those willing to work a little harder and pounce, this is a place to haunt for stylish furniture deals.

Tell the happy guy who’s in charge, Matt, that sent ya.
