Bargain Finds

Liquidation Gallery

Tucked away in the back of an industrial complex is a warehouse outlet that hardy, intrepid, treasure seeking bargain shoppers will love, The Liquidation Gallery.

These guys are jobbers, buying inventories, odd lots and one-of-a-kind items from auctions, businesses, estate sales, factories, manufacturers, stores, distributors etc. The only thing they shy away from buying seems to be apparel. Everything else is fair game and they go for rock bottom prices so they can resell these items, both new and used, at 25%-80% below market retail everyday. Turnover is pretty fast…. Every 30-60 days they have all new inventory.

The warehouse is chaotic, with stuff everywhere. But the sells help, (Ray & Alex) are more than helpful, pulling out items, giving you a history on them and guiding you through the place… plus if your buying several items they are willing to dicker.

You never know what types of items are gonna be here. I found boxes of Donna Sharpe handbags, scarves and ponchos that would retail at $39-$65 here at $3-$5. Some used 160’s tanker desks were $45. Another, used 1970’s tanker desk w/ return was just $60. Market retail is $350 or better. Some 3-D 62” kites were $20 instead of the $60 retail price. A used, metal 5 drawer later file was $75. Some new and used lamps shades ran just $20. Used steno, executive and task chairs were priced at $5-$30. Some Proportion of Blue women’s jeans were just $15-$20 instead of $45-$85. They also had some new and used exercise bikes by Star Track for $399 instead of $1000 and a FreeMotion spin bikes for $750-$850 instead of $1750 used

They had a ton of brand new lighting from a liquidated showroom in chandeliers, wall scones, indoor, pendant and floor lamps by Corbett and Troy at super savings.  A Troy 10 arm Tuscan styled Chandelier was $175 instead of $500. A Corbett hand crafted, iron wall sconce was $55 instead of $179 retail price.  A 15 arm Corbett Chandelier would normally set you back $1300. Here it’s $250 and a hammered, Arts & Crafts styled outdoor porch light is $20 instead of $120.

You’ll also find odd things like used, but working, Oscilloscopes, Leader Amps as well as odds and ends in office supplies, a few small electric appliances and tools, a Spinet piano, an antique Dental cabinet for $1200 and section of old cameras and camera parts were all priced at $5-$10 each.

It’s a serious treasure hunt here for avid, die hard bargain hunters. So don’t wear your 5” Manolo Blahniks pumps when you visit.  You’ll be rewarded with serious savings and fabulous deals!
