All of us at one time or another have tuned into The Home Shopping network and pondered a purchase. Like all retail outlets they have to markdown or have a sale to clear out their inventory.

HSN has their own website where they have an outlet section with savings of 10%-70% on a variety of product from electronics and house ware to beauty and bedding. There’s a chance if you caught it on HSN it will end up in their clearance section.

I quickly clicked on the New Arrivals page and caught a bunch of cool handbags on sale. A Sharon Leather Slouchy Satchel that they originally offered at $99 is now $53. A few pages in I found a Nine West Textured Tote with Brasstone Hardware was originally offered at $59 but is now on clearance at $37.

Deeper into the clearance section were some Printed Wedge Sandal shoes by Laundry … soo cute and soo me. At $69 they were a steal when they retailed for $137. The hard part was settling on a color. A lovely silver, marcasite and garnet rose shaped pin would make a great holiday gift at $39 instead of $69. An American Flyer 3-piece set of luggage was well priced at $69 instead of $89. A Royal Doulton pierced pedestal candy dish was another good item at $18 instead of $29. They even had a long extension cord 50’ for $13 instead of $17.
Though you have to dig a bit to see everything, this site is particularly good for gifts.
The Outlet page has a very long address so one you get there bookmark it first before you cruise the rest of it.
